Hi John, I wanted to reach out as Political Director.
I couldn't be more proud of our Congresswoman. Throughout her first term in Congress, she has prioritized her constituents at every step and delivered real change to transform our politics for the people of St. Louis into one that leads with love.
Because of that commitment, earlier this month we were able to re-elect the first Black Congresswoman to represent Missouri and send a loud and clear message to the country that our people-powered movement is here to stay.
Now, as we get ready to close the books on November, we've set a goal to hit 8,275 online, grassroots contributions by Wednesday's deadline. Our success will be determined largely by whether we can meet our fundraising goals — including this month's which is quickly coming up on November 30th.

When she was first approached a few years back, Cori was hesitant to run for office — she knew the toll it took on candidates and their families all too well. But after being asked several times by people she trusted, and with the right team ready to stand with her, she decided to run FOR the people. Not for personal pride or attention, but because she knew St. Louis deserved a leader who looks out for us — not corporations or special interests.
Cori is a key leader for our progressive movement, and I know that there’s so much more she’s ready to tackle.
