Last month, the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit issued a ruling against the Affordable Care Act, leaving the ACA more vulnerable than ever. It's now a possibility the entire ACA could be repealed by the courts.

A full repeal of the ACA would profoundly affect Americans and leave far too many uninsured. In Alaska alone, uninsured rates would see an over 90% increase.
