Fellow Marylanders,
For the past eight years, it has been the honor of a lifetime to serve the people of this great state. To officially kick off the holiday season, the First Lady and I invite all Marylanders and their families to join us for our final Holiday Open House on Saturday, Dec. 3 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Government House in Annapolis.
Refreshments will be distributed with an assortment of holiday cookies and brownies prepared by Government House chefs. In the spirit of giving, we ask that guests consider bringing unwrapped toys, which will be collected at the front gate by members of the Maryland State Police and donated to those in need during this holiday season.
We wish all Marylanders a joyous start to the holiday season and the First Lady and I look forward to welcoming you to Government House.
