Six states are now poised to pass the Convention of States resolution in 2023.

But there’s still a long road ahead. To help ensure we have the funds necessary to launch proven victory strategies in this homestretch to passage, a generous patriot is prepared to triple any contribution made before midnight on Giving Tuesday -- up to $50,000!

Here’s a quick glimpse at the current makeup of some key state legislatures following the midterm election:
* North Carolina Republicans picked up 2 seats in the Senate, allowing them to reach a supermajority with 30 Republicans compared to 20 Democrats. Republicans picked up another seat in the House bringing the total Republicans to 70 compared to 48 Democrats, with 2 undecided seats leaning 1 Republican and 1 Democrat.
+ Senate: 30R/20D
+ House: 70R/48D (2 undecided, leaning 1R/1D)

* Ohio Our team helped pro-COS candidates pick off one incumbent in each chamber at the state level. The OH House now has 67 confirmed Republican legislators and 31 confirmed Democrats, with one seat still undecided but leaning Republican. The makeup of the OH Senate is now 26 Republicans and just 7 Democrats.
+ Senate: 67R/31D (1 undecided, leaning R)
+ House: 26R/7D
* Kansas Republicans dominate control of the State Senate with 29 seats compared to 11 Democrat seats. The KS House gained 2 Republicans bringing total Republican Representatives to a whopping 86 seats compared to 39 Democrats.
+ Senate: 29R/11D
+ House: 86R/39D
* Wyoming The House gained 5 Republicans, going from 51 to 56, with just 4 Democrats, 1 Libertarian and 1 Independent. The makeup of the Senate stands with a huge majority of 28 Republicans and a mere 2 Democrats.
+ Senate:28R/2D
+ House: 56R/4D
* Montana A stronghold was kept in the MT Senate with 31 Republicans compared to just 19 Democrats.The MT House currently has 64 Republicans confirmed and just 31 confirmed Democrats with 5 undecided seats leaning Republican.
+ Senate: 31R/19D
+ House: 64R/31D (5 undecided leaning R)
* Iowa The House gained 3 Republicans, moving from 60 to 63 Republicans with just 32 Democrats confirmed. Five seats are still in play. Republicans gained 5 seats in the Senate bringing the Republican majority to 37 and Democrats having just 12. One race, leaning Republican, is not yet called.
+ Senate:37R/12D (1 undecided, leaning R)
+ House:63R/32D (5 undecided, leaning 1R/4D)

As you can see from the summaries above, we are drawing the fight to where we can win… at the state level.

We all know that the People do not have the advantage in D.C., but we’ve proven, time and time again, that we can hold the line in the state legislatures.

As we double down on our efforts to secure victory in these states, the opposition is strong. Soros-funded organizations throw mud in the air while Big Media spins a web of deceit. It’s becoming more and more difficult to reach and engage like-minded Americans.
