You're Invited to a Candidate Forum Hosted by the San Clemente Area Republican Women

Please join us for our General Meeting and Candidates Forum at the beautiful Talega Golf Club. We serve a delicious three course luncheon with choice this month of entree, either Salmon or a Roasted Vegetable platter. At our Candidates Forum you have an opportunity hear local, state and federal candidates speak and ask them questions. A list of attending candidates will be available on our website on January 8th. A no-host bar is available and a Chef's choice dessert is included!

The Laguna Niguel Republican Women Federated is proud to have Neal Kelley at our January 22, 2020 luncheon at 11AM at San Juan Hills Golf Club in San Juan Capistrano.

Registrar of Voters, Orange County, California
Neal Kelley is Registrar of Voters for Orange County, California, the fifth largest voting jurisdiction in the United States, serving more than 1.6 million registered voters. As the Chief Election Official, Kelley has led the Registrar of Voters’ office through the largest cycle of elections in the County’s 129-year history. He has been the recipient of numerous state and national awards for election administration and is a past recipient of the “Public Official of the Year” award by the National Association of County Recorders, Election Officials and Clerks.Kelley is an appointee of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Election Security Task Force (Government Coordinating Council (GCC), which helps to oversee the protection of the nation’s election infrastructure. He also serves as a member and past chair of the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) Board of Advisors and is a member of the EAC Voting Systems Standards Board and the Technical Guidelines Development Committee. In
addition, he served as a member of the 2018 National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine’s Committee on the Future of Voting.Kelley is the past president of the California Association of Clerks and Election Officials (CACEO), and is the past president for the National Association of County Recorders, Election Officials and Clerks (NACRC). Kelley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business and management from the University of Redlands and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.
