John, Before I sit down with my family to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner, I wanted to wish each and every one of you a happy and blessed Thanksgiving. This Thanksgiving, I have so much to be thankful for. From my incredible campaign team, to the volunteers and organizers who worked tirelessly, and this grassroots team! I’m so thankful for all of you who supported this campaign and believed in me and my vision. Most importantly, I am grateful for the opportunity to serve Connecticut’s 5th District in the United States House of Representatives for a third term. The 2022 campaign season was long and tiring, and I hope you take today to eat good food, reconnect with family and friends, and rejuvenate for the journey ahead. These fights are not over. I will keep pushing for a woman’s right to choose, our hard-earned benefits and affordable health care, our planet, our democracy, our children, and our basic rights to safety and security.
