Hi friends, I’m heading out for a few days to spend time with my family.
Before I go offline for the holiday, I want to express my gratitude for your support, collaboration and trust on behalf of the Groundwork Team.
Thanks to you, this year we raised critical funds for hyper-local organizing infrastructure to help build power for communities too often excluded and ignored. We announced our latest round of grantees with even more programs and grants planned for the coming year. We invited more folks in, we supported more work, we expanded our ecosystem and built out our state programs and made worthy missions more possible.
I think a lot about gratitude during this time of year and I must pause to say, I am incredibly grateful for each of you.
This week I’ll be curling up with Lauren, Ellie and James, and feeling lucky beyond measure for this community. I hope your long weekend is filled with rest, gratitude, and community, however you may be spending it. From my family to yours, thank you.
