Right before the holidays, Republican Senators introduced a bill that would remove Endangered Species Act protections for gray wolves. This move would allow hunters and ranchers to kill adult wolves and their pups, threatening the survival of this keystone species.
However, there’s still time to protect wolves. If constituents like you speak up against this disastrous bill, our legislators will have to listen. But you must act fast!

Gray wolves are one of the most iconic and essential species in the United States. They are a critical component of the ecosystems they inhabit -- impacting everything from deer and elk populations to grassland, birds, and fish.
Gray wolf recovery efforts under the Endangered Species Act have been called “one of our nation’s great conservation successes.” Now, all of that is at risk.
We know what happens when protections for gray wolves are revoked. Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming have already loosened protections -- and in the last decade, more than 3,200 wolves have been killed.
What's more, the only reason Trump wants to strip protections for gray wolves is to appease Big Ag and Big Oil. This is unacceptable, and we need your help to fight back!
