John,
If your family is like mine, politics always finds its way into the Thanksgiving dinner conversation. And with Republicans spending hundreds of millions of dollars in disinformation ads this past election, we’re providing you with facts to set the record straight.
Check out, then share, our infographic below on Facebook to help counter your Republican relatives' misinformation at the Thanksgiving dinner table.
More money was spent on TV tax ads this past election than any other issue. And the lion’s share of those tax ads were Republicans attacking Democrats.[1] But the American people weren’t fooled.
Voters rejected Republicans’ anti-tax-fairness agenda, instead supporting tax reforms in the Inflation Reduction Act. It requires billion-dollar corporations to pay at least a 15% corporate minimum tax and supports investments in tax enforcement to crack down on wealthy and corporate tax cheats. Voters didn’t buy GOP lies about an army of IRS agents coming after middle-class families.

Together, let’s keep fighting for an economy and a tax system that puts working people, not the wealthy and corporations, first.
Happy Thanksgiving,
