*(JEFFERSON CITY, MO) *??Today, Governor Mike Parson appointed *Heather J. Hays* as *Associate Circuit Judge* for the *22nd Judicial Circuit*. She will fill the vacancy created by the appointment of the Honorable Craig Higgins as Circuit Judge.?

Ms. Hays, of St. Louis, is currently a partner at Rynearson, Suess, Schnurbusch & Champion, LLC. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science and a Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University.
