Dear John,

We are writing today simply to say THANK YOU... Thank you for being part of the ADL community as we unite against those who wish to divide us. Your commitment makes a world of difference.

It all starts with people like you who refuse to let hate take hold.

Because of you, we’re winning battles against antisemitism, extremism, discrimination and hate of all kinds. We’re identifying extremists who wish to do us harm before they can strike so that law enforcement can intervene before tragedies occur. We’re teaching students that their schools and communities should be no place for hate.

We know the world will continue to change and challenge us. We saw it with serious threats against the Jewish communities in NY and NJ over the past weeks. We saw it with the horrific hate-fueled murders and injuries at an LGBTQ+ nightclub this past weekend in Colorado Springs. And we saw it in the past 24 hours with the lethal terrorist bombing at a bus stop in Jerusalem. ADL’s entire community — our team, our partners and supporters like you — will remain steadfast in the tireless pursuit of our goals. When we hold together, we are far more powerful than the forces around us seeking to sow division.

Thank you for being a part of ADL’s vital work. May you and your loved ones take the time to appreciate the blessings in your lives, and have a peaceful, safe and happy Thanksgiving.

Best wishes from the entire ADL team,

Ben Sax
