Real progress like the Canada Child Benefit has been making a real difference for the families who need it the most, lifting 300,000 kids out of poverty and giving more money to 9 out of 10 families to help with the high costs of raising kids. And just this month, the Liberal government increased the CCB once again to keep up with the cost of living. While the Conservative plan sent cheques to millionaires, Liberals are focused on making sure that every family has a real and fair chance at success, and that every Canadian child gets their best possible start in life.
That's the kind of real progress that Team Trudeau is fighting for, and there’s so much more to do.
Justin Trudeau and the Liberal team are working hard to build competitive campaigns so we can continue the important progress we’re making together, and Canadians will have a clear choice in this election. While Conservatives want to go backward with cuts to vital services that families rely on, Liberals are focused on moving forward with our positive plan to invest in the middle class.
And we’re off to a strong start – thanks to dedicated supporters like you, we saw record-breaking grassroots fundraising last month. Now, we have an ambitious online goal this month of $300,000 to reach by July 31!
