As we near Thanksgiving, we just want to say: there’s a lot to be thankful for this year.

After the overturning of Roe v. Wade, we weren’t sure what to expect on Election Day. But thanks to the help and support of this network, we doubled down on our support for the progressive, pro-choice women who were running up and down the ballot.

As a result, we saw so many important glass ceilings shatter across the nation! Plus, voters in Michigan, Vermont, and California voted to protect abortion rights, and in Montana and Kentucky, voters rejected measures to restrict abortion access.

On Election Day, voters turned out to support women’s rights and our democracy. In doing so, they showed GOP lawmakers that robbing women of their rights to safe and legal abortions and threatening to dismantle our democracy is a losing strategy and will not be tolerated by American voters.

While we still have a long way to go to secure our rights, we saw this election cycle as a step forward. It was our honor to have you by our side as we worked with incredible candidates dedicated to improving the lives of all Americans. Thanks to you, many of them will be in the rooms where decisions are being made in 2023 and beyond.

This Thanksgiving, we are grateful for you, our team, and the women who are bold enough to run for office.
