It's been nine months since Ukraine was thrust into a full-scale invasion. This war is devastating and the consequences for the people of Ukraine are tragic and brutal.

Millions of people have fled Ukraine into neighboring countries in Europe. The majority of these refugees are women and children, and many of them face severe barriers to accessing sexual and reproductive health care. The laws and policies on sexual and reproductive rights in neighboring Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia are among some of the most restrictive in Europe.

In response, we have partnered with organizations on the ground to identify and address barriers to sexual and reproductive health care faced by refugees. We are also supporting our partner organizations' efforts to provide information and direct assistance to refugees.
