Not only did we launch several new youth climate cases, and advance others through the courts, we successfully defended against relentless government tactics to keep our science-based constitutional evidence from seeing the light of day in open court.
In Held v. State of Montana, a full two-week trial will begin on June 12, 2023. And with a ruling in Juliana v. U.S, any day now from U.S. District Judge Ann Aiken, this federal lawsuit on behalf of 21 young Americans could advance to trial in 2023 also!
