Thank you for supporting Heritage Action and the work of our activists in 2022. Together, we worked to stop the Left’s efforts to fundamentally remake America.
Democrats controlled the White House and both chambers of Congress, but our activists helped preserve the filibuster and stop the most radical bills from making it to the White House:

Joe Biden was not able to rewrite America’s election laws in his party’s favor.
-
Biden’s spending and inflation has hurt America, but we successfully forced him to cut 90% of the spending (and his extreme policies) out of his “Build Back Better” bill.
At the Supreme Court, conservatives saw landmark decisions in 2022. This came after working for years to put Constitutionalist judges on the court. The right to bear arms was reiterated by the court. And Roe v Wade was thrown into the dustbin of history.
You have supported Heritage Action as we expanded our efforts and grassroots activism to state legislatures. It made a huge difference in 2021, as we worked to improve election laws at the state level.
In 2022, we tripled our efforts at the state level:

We worked in more states (over 20!)
-
We worked on more issues (elections, schools, protecting life, ending ESG + more)
-
And we helped pass even more bills into law!
That latter decision enabled our activists to extend their work at the state level in a major way! In addition to election integrity and parental rights bills, conservatives pushed for strong pro-life bills at the state level.

In Arizona, we helped pass the first universal school choice bill—going forward, this will be the gold standard for other states to follow.

In Florida, we backed Governor DeSantis in his fight to protect parental rights and keep the woke agenda out of schools.
-
In Oklahoma and Tennessee, we supported legislation to divest taxpayer money from woke institutions that support an anti-American and pro-ESG agenda.

We helped pass election integrity bills in TEN states!

And pro-life bills in THREE more!
But we couldn’t have done any of it without our critical grassroots team.

Now, with 2022 coming to an end, I believe we must move forward with even bigger and bolder plans for 2023. The work we will do together in 2023 will lay the groundwork for 2024.
In 2023, we must set a vision for America—we must advance policies and legislation that show America that conservatives have a plan to govern!
Heritage Action has that plan—we have prepared throughout 2022 and have a strategy to advance bills at the state and federal level next year.
We believe America should:

Have secure borders and safe neighborhoods.

Become economically strong, and less dependent on Communist China.

Protect free speech and put Big Tech in check.

Give families a choice in education—they need the freedom to decide what’s best.

Value the sanctity of life.
-
Have a system of elections that people can trust.
-
Stop spending money on Left-wing policies that hurt America.
This is the vision of America that Heritage Action is fighting for in 2023.
