Members of NAFCU's advocacy team will be active on Capitol Hill this week, sharing the association's 2020 Advocacy Priorities, as lawmakers in the House return to Washington. The Senate has not yet released a schedule for January.

Members of the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) – the Federal Reserve's monetary policy-setting arm – agreed that the labor market had remained strong since the last meeting, with economic activity sustaining moderate growth, according to minutes from the committee's December meeting released Friday.
