We are looking forward to a successful year ahead and, although 2020 has arrived without reaching the twenty-year target to end child poverty, we are looking to the future and developing a new strategy to end it for good. Let's make this the first year of a new target.

We’ll also be publishing our vision on social security called Secure Futures for Children and Families and we are working extensively on tackling poverty in schools across the UK. As always we’ll be campaigning on children’s benefits and developing proposals to fix universal credit, while also taking on new legal challenges when families’ rights need protecting through the courts.

Thank you for supporting us in 2019. We look forward to working with you in 2020.
