This election cycle, Democratic AGs sent a message to Donald Trump and Republican extremists: Election deniers don’t win elections.

By defeating Big Lie extremists in states like Nevada, Wisconsin, and Michigan, Democratic AGs were able to shore up our democracy as we look to the 2024 election. AGs like Aaron Ford, Josh Kaul, and Dana Nessel were unapologetic in their defense of the rule of law and calling out their Republican opponents for supporting Trump’s anti-democratic rhetoric.
