November 21, 2022 | | Fall is coming to an end and brings a beautiful reminder to look back and be thankful, cherish time with our loved ones and kick off some of our favorite holidays. November was a fun and busy month at the OAC, and we are excited to share some of our resources with you and hope that you can use these resources in your journey with weight, health and advocacy.
