Last week, Taylor Swift fans were met with glitches, long queues, and terrible customer service trying to buy tickets during the Eras Tour presale. 

For decades, Ticketmaster's power in the primary ticket market has insulated it from the competitive pressures that typically push companies to innovate and improve their services.

It’s past time to look into Ticketmaster for possibly violating our consumer protection and antitrust laws for their cancellation of sales. If you agree, I’m asking you to join me:
