A state court judge JUST literally IGNORED the Constitution and the U.S. Supreme Court in order to block a state abortion ban.

We warned you that the radical Left and the abortion industry would do anything to protect its abortion profit machine.

A Georgia state judge shockingly ruled that a state abortion ban violated the U.S. Constitution because it was "drafted, voted upon and enacted" while Roe was still precedent, completely IGNORING the fact the Supreme Court has since overturned Roe.
