There’s just one week to go before voting opens for the Hamilton West by-election! Since we launched our campaign we’ve really hit the ground running - in just the last week I've been out door knocking, sign waving, met with local businesses, met with a whole host of wonderful Labour and Green Party MPs, and taken part in my first televised debate on Q+A.

Thanks to amazing Labour supporters from across the motu, we’ve been able paint Hamilton red with our hoardings and digital billboards, too!

It’s been fantastic to walk around my hometown and see our big red adverts everywhere, helping to introduce myself and my vision for Hamilton to as many people as possible. 

John, this was only possible because of the generous donations supporters like you have made to our campaign over the last few weeks - thank you, thank you, thank you!

As we make our final push over the next few weeks we want to reach as many people as possible and need your help to afford more signs, hoardings, and leaflets! Here’s how you can help:

• $20 can sponsor around 250 leaflets
• $50 can sponsor 2 hoardings
• $100 can sponsor a day on a large electronic billboard
• $500 can sponsor three days on a electronic billboard AND about four hoardings AND about 1,000 leaflets
