National Republicans know the road to taking back the Senate runs straight through Iowa -- so they're doing whatever they can to win our race in November.

We know Republicans are going all in on this race. Mitch McConnell and national right-wing groups are already raising money directly to help stop Theresa. If we want to elect a leader who will expand access to affordable health care, fight for Social Security, and protect the future of the Supreme Court, then we have to be able to fight back against their money.
