Folks – This was a great election for history-making Democrats – including Democratic AGs. These three victories made history.

Andrea Campbell will be the first Black woman elected to a statewide office in Massachusetts’s history, as well as the Attorney General seat.
Anthony Brown will be the first Black Attorney General in Maryland’s history.
Charity Clark will be the first woman elected as Vermont’s Attorney General.

We know it’s easy to take a step back, take a deep breath, and pat ourselves on the back for a job well done, but we can’t do that just yet. We still have more critical races to watch as results roll in and have several history-making races coming up in 2023, plus, it’s never too early to start getting ready for 2024.
