With less than 30 days until Iowa, we can't afford to fall behind now. Every contribution supporters make — whether it's $1, $2, or $5 — goes a long way towards keeping up the momentum into Iowa and beyond.

This morning we announced our Q4 fundraising numbers — together, our grassroots movement raised $21.2 million to fund this campaign for big, structural change.
And we did it the right way: without hosting any private events to raise money from wealthy donors behind closed doors, and without taking any money from Washington lobbyists or PACs.
This is a huge win. But Bernie Sanders, Pete Buttigieg, and Joe Biden all raised more. And we need to start closing the gap.
More money right now means more resources to connect with more voters and caucus-goers during this final stretch of the primary election. With just one month until the Iowa Caucus, we can't afford to fall short right now.
When Elizabeth made the decision to pass up the traditional ways of fundraising — relying on closed-door fundraisers and PAC money — she knew we would be outraised by other candidates.
She also knew that the power of grassroots support is real — and far more meaningful than any wine cave fundraiser or PAC donation.
Now that 2020 has begun, we're kicking things into high gear. We've got great momentum, but starting the year behind other campaigns means that we really need to pick up the pace in the weeks to come.
We can win. And when we do, we'll look back and know it was because grassroots supporters like you pitched in during moments like this to fight for the big, structural change we believe in.
