Dear John,

I’m outraged by the news in this morning’s New York Times that the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2014 decision in Burwell v. Hobby Lobby Stores was leaked to an anti-choice activist “weeks before it was announced,” allowing him “to prepare a public relations push” and tip off the head of the Hobby Lobby chain.

This ruling allowed certain bosses to block their employees’ access to birth control, impacting more than half of all U.S. workers.

John, join me and NARAL members across the country to call for the U.S. Senate to investigate these SCOTUS claims. [[link removed]]

The anti-choice movement has a long history of extremist and unethical behavior, and these newest revelations are proof that their long campaign to influence the Court worked. The Court, already facing a legitimacy crisis, must answer for its failure to safeguard information that impacts our lives, families, and futures before the American public.

Americans, including the 8 in 10 who support legal abortion, want the Supreme Court to be held accountable—and NARAL Pro-Choice America will be here to do just that.

John, sign the petition today and demand the Senate investigate the latest SCOTUS leak. [[link removed]]

Thank you,
