As COP27 kicks off in Egypt, it’s worth reflecting on the progress made globally to protect our planet from catastrophic climate effects.

That’s why The Washington Post , along with leading client experts, pulled together a report card for the world to show just how well we’re doing.

And, well, it doesn’t look like we’re passing:

To be honest, John, we wish there was some extra credit we could do to make up for where we’re falling short, but unfortunately, climate change waits for no one .
