Larry Hogan's time as Governor of Maryland is coming to the end, and he has
begun a peaceful, smooth, and orderly transition of power to the incoming
governor, Wes Moore.



Look, Governor Hogan and Moore are from two different parties, and they have
different philosophies – but they are both committed to the people they serve.
That commonality is what should provide every public servant with a baseline
respect for one another and the office they hold.



Governor Hogan refuses to allow partisan politics to be a detriment to the
people he has worked so hard to support, uplift, and lead for the last eight
years.



A peaceful transition of power will ensure that government continues to
function and serve the people as efficiently as possible.
