Summary of Promotion Rules: No purchase, payment, or contribution necessary to enter or win. Contributing to the Liberal Party of Canada (“LPC”) will not increase chances of winning. The Promotion opens at 12:00 PM Eastern Time, Wednesday, November 16, 2022, and closes at 11:59 PM Pacific Time, Wednesday, November 24, 2022, and no entries submitted after that date will be accepted. The Promotion Organizer will select, in its sole discretion, 3 design submissions (“Finalists”) based on the criteria of the Promotion Organizer. From these 3 Finalists, a single design will be selected as the Winner. The Finalists and Winner will each receive a free swag item of the winning design, item to be determined by the Promotion Organizer.
To enter the promotion, complete and submit this online entry
before the Promotion Closing Date. Entrance into this promotion constitutes permission for the LPC to use the Finalists’ names, cities and provinces/territories of residence, likenesses, and submitted design for purposes of advertising and publicity in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification, or permission, unless prohibited by law. All participants must declare that the design is their own work and free of any copyright other than their own personal copyright. In submitting to the Promotion, the Finalists agree to grant the Promotion Organizer a royalty-free, exclusive license to publish and otherwise use the submitted material in any way the Promotion Organizer requires in perpetuity. Odds of winning
the Prize are dependent on the total number of entries to the promotion.
The Finalists will be selected by LPC’s communications team at noon, Eastern Time, Monday, November 22nd, 2022, in Ottawa, Ontario. The finalists’ submissions will be voted on through an online poll at liberal.ca. The design receiving the most votes will be selected as the winner. LPC reserves the right to cancel the Promotion if there are no Finalists by noon Eastern Time on Monday, November 22, 2022. This promotion is open to all Canadian citizens and permanent residents currently living in Canada who have reached the age of majority in their respective province/territory as of the date the promotion closes. The Finalists are responsible for ensuring all eligibility requirements are met. The promotion is not open to: officers and employees of The Federal Liberal Agency of Canada as
chief agent for the LPC, including its provincial/territorial boards; and their immediate family members. This promotion is void where prohibited.
