Folks, access to healthcare can be a matter of life and death — and is absolutely crucial in the effort to build a stronger North Carolina.

It’s long past time to expand Medicaid in our state and provide more of our friends, family, and neighbors access to the quality care they need.

Do you think it’s time for North Carolina lawmakers to expand Medicaid and make healthcare more available to all who need it? 

Most every state has already expanded Medicaid because they know it’s the right thing to do. Just last week, South Dakota – SOUTH DAKOTA! – voters said yes to embracing Medicaid expansion through the Affordable Care Act. 

Here in North Carolina, an additional 600,000 people who desperately need health insurance would be covered.
