These days, I’m grateful for the opportunities I have to show up for others, whether it’s friends, family, or our community of Changemakers. But it’s not just showing up itself—it’s the intention that we bring that makes a difference for ourselves and the world around us.

Every day, I try to set an intention to show up with more kindness and compassion. I take time to educate myself on issues I care about. I create space to connect with other people who care, too (like you!). And, day after day, I can see how it’s making a difference.

Our shared compassion makes waves in our world. We’re changing our food system and creating a kinder future for animals. I’m proud of everything you’ve accomplished for animals. Let’s keep showing up!
