Did you know there is such a thing as Congress school?
John — class is in session! Congressional class that is.
Summer has joined her future progressive colleagues in DC, and is already getting to work learning the ins and outs of Capitol Hill and laying out her top priorities for when she is sworn into office on January 3, 2023.
There will now be more progressives in Congress than at any other time in modern history — it’s time to seize this momentum and get to work. We have promises to keep and wrongs to set right. We know the history of progress is not without pushback and attacks, so we’re asking:
Will you chip in what you can to help us start preparing to fight for working families in the chambers of Congress in 2023?

John, we ran our campaign the grassroots way, the right way. Now, we are bringing that same attitude to Congress, because real, tangible change doesn’t happen unless we are fully committed to our movement.
We made a lot of promises on the campaign trail, and we cited many of Summer’s accomplishments before her Congressional run — now is the time for action.
Summer is ready to do what it takes, but she can’t do it alone. Please, will you chip in what you can so we have the resources to support Summer as she becomes one of the greatest changemakers in the 118th Congress?
— Team Summer
