Election season may be coming to a close, but here at Groundwork, we aren’t slowing down. Because we don’t base our investments on candidates and campaigns, but on the year-round work of local organizers that continues long after the polls close. We know that kind of sustained organizing is the only way to truly shift power.

As we plan for next year, we’re doing all we can to ensure our partners on the ground have the resources they need to BUILD on the tremendous work they did around this election. Too often, funds dry up after campaigns shut down, and organizers are forced to abandon the infrastructure they painstakingly built over the last few months – the data, volunteers, voter contacts, relationships, coalitions, canvass routes, and so much more. These stops and starts are a huge hindrance to actually building power.
With that in mind, I’m so excited to announce yet another round of Groundwork Grantees in our partner states. These phenomenal organizations are engaging key constituencies on the ground and building a base of voters that can write a new political future for our states. Without further ado…
Introducing Groundwork Project’s Fall 2022 Grantees!
