Dear Friend,
Giving Tuesday is less than two short weeks away, on November 29! On that day, we will join thousands of organizations as we celebrate radical generosity on the largest giving day of the year.
Freedom Network USA has set a goal to inspire 65 friends and allies to make a gift on Giving Tuesday. This number is significant. It represents each survivor working with us today to clear their criminal records. Many survivors of human trafficking have arrests and convictions that come from their trafficking experience. It haunts them when they submit an application for an apartment, open a bank account, or apply for a new job. Our Survivor Reentry Project helps these survivors clear those convictions and move forward with their lives. Every gift, no matter the amount, will support work like this to ensure trafficking survivors have access to justice, safety, and opportunity.
You can help us by forwarding this email to your friends and asking them to help, and also by sharing our social media posts. If you would like to make a gift early, you can even make one now ([link removed]) and we’ll count it towards our Giving Tuesday goal.
The support of our friends is why we have been able to educate thousands of service providers this year, and why we’ve been able to work behind the scenes to advance legislation to help survivors in need. We need you in this fight.
