Notice is hereby given that the Industrial Siting Division received a permit transfer request on September 23, 2022, from Broad Reach Power, LLC (Permittee) relating to the Lincoln Solar I Energy Project. Broad Reach Power, LLC is requesting to transfer the Permit to Lincoln Solar, LLC, wholly owned by Broad Reach Power, LLC. Lincoln Solar, LLC will own and operate the project.
Broad Reach Power, LLC intends to sell Lincoln Solar, LLC to Citrine Solar, LLC after the permit transfer is complete.
This matter will come before the Industrial Siting Council at the January 5th/6th meeting after the conclusion of the Cheyenne South Solar Project Hearing. The meeting will be held in the Wyoming Room at Little America, 2800 W Lincolnway, Cheyenne, WY 82009. The public may review a copy of the request at the office of the Industrial Siting Division in Cheyenne, WY or online at:
