John,

The Supreme Court just handed down a big victory for unborn babies.

Abortionists targeted a Kentucky law requiring doctors to perform an ultrasound and display the images for the mother, before performing an abortion, if she chooses.

The abortion lobby and the ACLU asked the Supreme Court to review the law, claiming it violated doctors’ free speech. Fortunately, the Court rejected their request, allowing the law.

Now the Supreme Court is reviewing an even bigger case. We just filed a critical brief defending another life-saving regulation that abortionists want eliminated.

Help us uphold pro-life laws and save babies and their mothers.

Two weeks after the bogus House impeachment vote, Speaker Nancy Pelosi is attempting to create a constitutional crisis, refusing to send the sham articles of impeachment to the Senate for trial.

That’s not how it works. The Constitution says the House has the power to impeach, but the Senate has the “sole Power to try all Impeachments.” We can’t allow the Left to shred the Constitution before our very eyes.

Sign Our Petition: Restore the Constitution. Don’t Shred It.

Israel is once again a target. The International Criminal Court’s (ICC) Prosecutor is once again trying to investigate and prosecute Israeli citizens for so-called war crimes. We’re taking action to defend Israel’s interests.

Victory as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit held that ObamaCare’s individual mandate is unconstitutional.

We filed a crucial brief in a case being reheard by the entire Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals to protect babies with Down Syndrome from being aborted.

God Bless,
