Last night, President Trump took unilateral action to push the United
States to the brink of war. Now, we are seeing a terrible escalation
between Iran and the US.

Trump’s attack last night happened with zero congressional oversight or
approval. But a pointless, bloody war can still be prevented - if
Democratic leadership and enough Republicans will stand with the Justice
Democrats in Congress.

Every single Justice Democrat in Congress voted against the National
Defense Authorization Act that gave Donald Trump a blank check, requiring
no approval from Congress for war.

This is exactly why we need to elect more bold leaders to Congress who
will fight to end the forever wars and stop bowing down to the military
industrial complex. We need more leaders like Ro Khanna, Alexandria
Ocasio-Cortez, and Ilhan Omar who understand that endless war and
bloodshed abroad is never the answer.

The disastrous wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have killed thousands and cost
