November 8th was a huge day for housing across the country. Dozens of candidates endorsed by YIMBY Action and our chapters won their races. Plus we were victorious in multiple ballot measure and proposition races AND dozens of measures passed to help fund Affordable Housing.
Voters sent a strong message this year: we want abundant, affordable housing for everyone.
Special thanks to our members, leads, and staff who put hours and hours into the process of vetting the candidates, then showing up for the top pro-housing campaigns by canvassing, making phone calls, and text banking. All our hard work paid off.
We also couldn’t have achieved these victories without the support of pro-housing people who support our work. Every dollar helps provide tools, training, and resources for volunteers and leads to successfully endorse and support pro-housing campaigns across the US. Thank you to everyone who has contributed to the fight for abundant, affordable housing.
