Now that the midterms are mostly over, I wanted to check in with each of you to regroup.

I’d like to begin with a huge thank you for everything each of you did to make our campaign a huge success. Because of you, we were able to keep Delaware blue and fend off Republican attacks on Lisa’s seat.

I am also extremely proud that your hard work was incredibly instrumental in the success of down-ballot Democrats. Democrats flipped 2 seats in the General Assembly and picked up another victory in our state Senate, expanding Democrats' majority and giving them even more opportunities to continue their hard work for Delaware families.

We can also be proud of our all-women statewide ticket. With your help, women swept the state auditor, state treasurer, and attorney general races.

Everything that we accomplished this year is because of you, and we could not be more grateful to have you on our team. The past few months have been a hell of a fight for our democracy, and I am so proud of everything we’ve been able to achieve.

With that said, team, our hard work is far from over. With razor-thin margins in the Senate and a Republican House majority, Lisa and her colleagues are still depending on your help to make sure every ballot is counted around the country!
