John,
We wanted to be sure you saw this: yesterday, a federal judge in Montana dismissed a lawsuit by a dark money group secretly trying to buy influence in Montana's 2020 election.

Raph was counsel on the case. He thanked his co-counsel in a
statement ([link removed]) yesterday.

STORY:
Billings Gazette ([link removed])

It's the latest in a series of wins to free our democracy from the influence of corporate money. Representing Governor Bullock, Raph is at the front lines of the fight:
* Beating Trump in federal court over dark money [STORY: Montana Free Press ([link removed]) ]
* Authoring Montana's foreign money ban and helping shepherd it to passage in the legislature, the first response by a state to foreign influence since the 2016 elections
* Helping Governor Bullock author the nation's first executive order on dark money in government contracting
* Defending the Governor's order against an out-of-state dark money group in court and winning
* Pledging not to take a single dollar from corporate PACs

Raph is a fighter for us. With dark money groups like this announcing their intentions to influence our 2020 elections, he's the fighter we need in the Attorney General's office.

Thank you for being a part of this campaign.

-Team Graybill

PS: The official filing day for Raph's candidacy opens next week on January 9.
