Hot off the presses from Georgia – the state court has struck down the state's unconstitutional six-week abortion ban! This victory was only possible because of your support.

Health care providers in Georgia will once again be allowed to provide essential abortion and miscarriage care beyond the earliest weeks of pregnancy as a result of a lawsuit filed by the Center for Reproductive Rights and partners. This is a welcome reprieve for the people in that state, who have been suffering under this extreme abortion ban for months. Everyone deserves the fundamental right to make decisions about their own bodies, families, and futures.
