Subject: I'm excited to announce...

Hi John,

If you haven't heard the news... I'm officially running for reelection! Representing the city of Indianapolis has been one of the greatest honors of my life and, with your support, we will continue to lead our city in a bold direction, lift up every neighborhood as if it were our own, and move Indianapolis forward. Together, we will ensure that our city's best days are yet to come for this and future generations.

However, to make that happen, I'll need you on my team, John. Will you chip in a donation of any amount to become a founding donor of my reelection campaign?

A new Indianapolis is possible, but not without your support. So, John, will you join me in the fight to ensure that our best days – our very best days – are yet to come?

Thank you,

Mayor Joe Hogsett
