Sharice is leading the fight to protect marriage equality in Kansas and across the country. When the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, they made it clear that this could open the floodgates for them to revisit and overturn other landmark decisions like marriage equality.
That’s why Sharice led in the House to pass the Respect for Marriage Act, which received bipartisan support.
Now, as the Senate considers passing legislation to protect marriage equality, we want to know: Do you support Sharice’s work to codify same-sex marriage in the United States?
We can’t take any of our rights for granted, which is why Sharice, a proud member of the LGBTQ community and advocate for equality, is pushing to codify the Supreme Court’s ruling from 2015 so that all couples can have the same legal benefits of marriage.
