| At Earthjustice, we are already working to take advantage of the Democratic Senate by pushing for the rapid confirmation of federal judges. This Senate has confirmed a historically high 84 judges, and it could confirm over 160 more in the next two years. Securing fair courts that put people over polluters is essential to environmental and climate progress. |
| And since Republicans have likely taken a House majority, we will focus our policy efforts on the Biden administration. We will fight for the strongest possible executive actions to protect our planet and our communities. |
