This March, the Supreme Court will hear arguments in a case that would undermine a woman’s ability to make her own health decisions and begin to unravel Roe v. Wade as we know it.
More than 200 Republican lawmakers officially called on the Court to use this opportunity to overturn Roe v. Wade. David Perdue is not fooling anybody, friends.
His decision not to sign onto the Republican amicus brief to the U.S. Supreme Court, supporting the overturning of Roe v. Wade along with hundreds of his colleagues, is an election year decision — one that’s contradicted by his own words and the bills he is sponsoring right now to take Georgia’s mandatory pregnancy bill nationwide.
He has stated time and again that he is “unwavering” in his belief that women can’t be trusted to make the most intimate medical decisions affecting their lives and their reproductive health.
At a time when Roe v. Wade is being threatened unlike ever before, we need Senators who will defend a woman’s constitutional right to choose. Democrats are within single digits of Perdue: Help replace him in November by donating here:

Perdue has voted to confirm dozens of federal judges who are committed to overturning Roe v. Wade. Though he calls himself a “small government” conservative, he firmly believes that government can invade a woman’s private, personal decisions related to abortion, and he believes that women have less rights to their own bodily autonomy than a man.
I have a message for our senator: Mr. Perdue, we see your political duplicity, your election year cynicism. You have shown us the cowardice of your convictions.
The people are tired of leaders who won’t level with them. That’s not leadership. Mr. Perdue, you don’t trust women, you are undermining our health and our rights, and we don’t trust you to represent us in the U.S. Senate.
Friends, I need you with me to win this election. Make a donation right now, and help defend a woman’s constitutional and unwavering right to make her own medical decisions.
