Trump just announced that he will be seeking a second term as president.

Another Trump presidency would be disastrous. In just four years, Trump
and his allies appointed Supreme Court Justices who helped to overturn Roe
v. Wade, strained our relationships with foreign allies, spread
falsehoods, radicalized his base, and incited a violent insurrection in an
attempt to overturn a democratic election.

We can’t allow Trump and his allies to return to Washington. Now more than
ever, we need to elect leaders who can bring people together, not push
them apart. We need leaders who believe in the American Dream and are
willing to do the work to make that dream more achievable for everyone.

defeat Trump and his allies in 2024? 

The choice couldn’t be starker.

Trump talked a big game about job creation, but when the rubber hit the
road he failed to deliver. He failed to deliver manufacturing jobs, he
failed to deliver infrastructure, and he failed local economies with his
trade war in China.  

The Democrats have delivered. The Inflation Reduction Act creates millions
of well-paying union jobs in pursuit of our boldest climate policies to
date. The CHIPS Act is bringing hundreds of thousands of manufacturing
jobs back to the United States to make us a world leader in semiconductor
production. The bipartisan infrastructure legislation is putting the
country to work rebuilding our crumbling roads and bridges, improving
public transit, eliminating lead pipes in our water systems, expanding
broadband Internet access, and more. And Biden’s student loan debt
forgiveness plan is improving the lives of countless working- and
middle-class Americans while boosting our economy.
