Donald Trump just announced he’s running for a third time for president in 2024. 

Let’s be clear: Donald Trump was a disastrous president, and has no business running for a second term. 

But one thing’s for sure: I have always and will continue to stand up to a Trump administration in order to protect every Nevadan. 

This announcement might make some of you nervous, angry, or scared. I get it. But I’m reaching out to remind you that since taking office as Nevada’s Attorney General in 2018, I’ve fought back against the Trump administration countless times. My office joined multi-state coalitions to resist environmental protection rollbacks, attacks on access to birth control, and challenges to the 2020 election. And we’re not afraid to do it again.
