Simone had given birth shortly before I arrived at the farm. I could tell she was exhausted. She was bloody from rubbing against the metal bars of her narrow crate. I could see the anguish in her eyes, as she longed to have her babies returned to her, to be able to comfort and care for them the way she naturally would.
Unfortunately, life for pigs like Simone won't change until people's eyes are opened to their suffering.
It can't change without you.
Help us continue to expose animal cruelty, inspire kinder food choices, and build a better world—a world where animals like Simone are respected, protected, and free.
