Georgia state law mandates that if neither candidate receives 50% of the vote, the election must go to a runoff. So now we know for certain that Senator Raphael Warnock is headed to a runoff against extremist and Trump-loyalist Herschel Walker.

Now Senator Warnock and Democrats must win a Georgia runoff for the second time in two years.
